Supplier Data
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Alexa Fluor® 488 Anti-IGF2BP2/IMP-2 antibody [EPR6741(B)] (AB319129)
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human lung cancer tissue labeling IGF2BP2/IMP-2 with ab319129 at 1/50 (10.0 ug/ml) dilution.
Cytoplasmic staining on human lung cancer.
The section was incubated with ab319129 for 60 mins at room temperature (shown in green). Nuclear DNA was labeled with DAPI (shown in blue). The section was then mounted using Fluoromount®.
The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND RX instrument.
Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8).
Counterstained with DAPI.
Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, Epitope Retrieval Solution2) for 40 mins
- ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Alexa Fluor® 488 Anti-IGF2BP2/IMP-2 antibody [EPR6741(B)] (AB319129)
Immunofluorescent analysis of 100% methanol-fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized 293T (human embryonic kidney epithelial cell) cells labelling IGF2BP2/IMP-2 with ab319129 at 1/50 (10.0 ug/ml) dilution (Green).
Confocal image showing cytoplasmic staining in 293T cell line (shown in green). The counterstain was observed in magenta. Nuclear DNA was labeled with DAPI (shown in blue). Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8).
ab195889 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 594) was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/200 dilution (Magenta). The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).
