Flow cytometry overlay histogram showing left PANC-1 positive cells and right negative MCF7 cells stained with ab281762 (red line). The cells were incubated in 1x PBS containing 10 % normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interaction followed by the antibody (ab281762) (1x 106 in 100μl at 5μg/ml (1/100)) for 30 min on ice.

Isotype control antibody (black line) was Rabbit IgG (monoclonal) Alexa Fluor 488® (ab199091) used at the same concentration and conditions as the primary antibody. Unlabelled sample (blue line) was also used as a control.

Acquisition of >5000 events were collected using a 50 mW Blue laser (488nm) and 525/40 bandpass filter.

Has very low kinase activity in vitro and is unlikely to function as a tyrosine kinase in vivo (PubMed : 25029443). Receptor for ligand WNT5A which activate downstream NFkB signaling pathway and may result in the inhibition of WNT3A-mediated signaling (PubMed : 25029443, PubMed : 27162350).
