Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Alexa Fluor® 488 Anti-TOMM20 antibody [EPR15581-39] - Rat IgG2a (Chimeric) (AB309083)
Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized HeLa (human cervical adenocarcinoma epithelial cell) cells labelling TOMM20 with ab309083 at 1/50 (10.0 ug/ml) dilution. Confocal image showing cytoplasmic staining in HeLa cells. Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8). ab202272 Recombinant Alexa Fluor® 594 Anti-alpha Tubulin antibody [EP1332Y] - Microtubule Marker (ab202272) was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/100 5ug/ml dilution (Red). The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).

Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections) - Alexa Fluor® 488 Anti-TOMM20 antibody [EPR15581-39] - Rat IgG2a (Chimeric) (AB309083)
Immunohistochemical analysis of 4% PFA-fixed, 0.2% Triton X-100 permeabilized frozen Rat intestine tissue labeling TOMM20 with ab309083 at 1/50 (10.0 ug/ml) dilution (Green). Confocal image showing positive staining on rat intestine. The nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue). The section was incubated with ab309083 for 60 mins at room temperature. The section was then mounted using Fluoromount®. The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument. Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8). The nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue). Heat mediated antigen retrieval using sodium citrate buffer (10mM citrate pH 6.0 + 0.05% Tween-20).
