    Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Mouse skeletal muscle tissue labeling SLC16A3/MCT 4 with ab323437 at 1/50 (10.0 ug/ml) dilution.

    Positive staining on mouse skeletal muscle.

    The section was incubated with ab323437 at 4°C overnight (shown in magenta). Nuclear DNA was labelled with DAPI (shown in blue). The section was then mounted using Fluoromount®.

    Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8).

    Counterstained with DAPI.

    Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed using Antigen Retrieval Buffer (100X Tris-EDTA Buffer, pH 9.0) ab93684 (Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9.0)
