Immunocytochemical analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized Raji (human Burkitt's lymphoma B lymphocyte) cells staining CD40 using ab302830 at a 1/50 dilution (10.0 μg/ml) (Red). Counterstained with ab195887 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 488) at a 1/200 dilution (2.5 μg/ml) (Green). Nuclear counterstain is DAPI (Blue). Confocal image showing membranous and weakly cytoplasmic staining in Raji cells. Negative control : Jurkat (PMID : 10498643).

Gated on viable cells. Negative control : Jurkat (PMID : 10498643).
