Flow Cytometry - Alexa Fluor® 647 Anti-CD41 antibody [M148] (AB233054)
Overlay histogram showing left HEL92.1.7 positive cells and right negative Jurkat cells stained with ab233054 (red line). The cells were incubated in 1x PBS containing 10 % normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (ab233054) (1x106 in 100 μl at 0.04 μg/ml (1/12500)) for 30 min on ice. Isotype control antibody (black line) was mouse IgG2a kappa; Alexa Fluor® 647 used at the same concentration and conditions as the primary antibody. Unlabelled sample (blue line) was also used as a control. Acquisition of >5,000 events were collected using a 40 mW Red laser (640nm) and 670/14 bandpass filter.
