GFAP Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence staining using rabbit Anti-GFAP antibody
Immunocytochemical analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized rat primary neural/glia cells staining GFAP using ab302828 at a 1/50 dilution (10.0 μg/ml) (Red). Counterstained with Anti-Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein (GFAP) mouse monoclonal antibody at a 1/100 dilution (1 μg/ml) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) ab150113 Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) at a 1/1000 dilution (2 μg/ml) (Green). Nuclear counterstain is DAPI (Blue).
Confocal image showing positive staining in rat primary glia cell. Confocal scanning Z step was set as 0.3 μm followed by image processing with maximum Z projection.
