Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Alexa Fluor® 647 Anti-KIR3DL1 + KIR2DS4 + KIR2DS2 + KIR3DS1 antibody [EPR24357-139] (AB283657)
Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized 293T cells labelling KIR3DL1 with ab283657 at 1/50 (10.0 μg/ml) dilution. Confocal image showing cytoplasmic staining in 293T cells transfected with Myc tagged KIR3DL1 construct. Myc-Tag Mouse mAb (Alexa Fluor® 488) was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/100 dilution (Red). The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).

Flow Cytometry - Alexa Fluor® 647 Anti-KIR3DL1 + KIR2DS4 + KIR2DS2 + KIR3DS1 antibody [EPR24357-139] (AB283657)
Flow cytometric analysis of Human peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) cells labelling KIR3DL1 with ab283657 at 1/500 dilution (0.1μg) (Right) compared with a Rabbit monoclonal isotype control - Alexa Fluor® 647 (Left) isotype control and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody) (Blue). Cells were stained with rabbit IgG or ab283657. Then stained with anti-CD56 conjugated to BV421. Gated on viable cells.
