Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Alexa Fluor® 647 Anti-Lin28A antibody [EPR4640] (AB307629)
Immunofluorescent analysis of 100% methanol-fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized NCCIT (human pluripotent embryonic carcinoma epithelial cell) cells labelling Lin28A with ab307629 at 1/250 (2.0 μg/ml) dilution. Confocal image showing cytoplasmic staining in NCCIT cells. Negative control : HeLa (PMID : 29749495). Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8). ab195887 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 488) was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/200 2.5 μg/ml dilution (Red). The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).
