Immunocytochemical analysis of 100% methanol-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized B16-F10 (mouse skin melanoma mixture of spindle-shaped and epithelial-like cells) cells staining Met (c-Met) using ab303472 at a 1/50 dilution (10 μg/ml) (Red). Nuclear counterstain is DAPI (Blue). Counterstained with ab195887 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 488) at a 1/200 dilution (2.5 μg/ml) (Green).
