ab250456 is the carrier-free version of Anti-ANP32C/PP32R1 antibody [EPR13354] ab181242.
Our RabMAb® technology is a patented hybridoma-based technology for making rabbit monoclonal antibodies. For details on our patents, please refer to RabMAb® patents.
This product is a recombinant monoclonal antibody, which offers several advantages including:
For more information, read more on recombinant antibodies.
Our carrier-free antibodies are typically supplied in a PBS-only formulation, purified and free of BSA, sodium azide and glycerol. The carrier-free buffer and high concentration allow for increased conjugation efficiency.
This conjugation-ready format is designed for use with fluorochromes, metal isotopes, oligonucleotides, and enzymes, which makes them ideal for antibody labelling, functional and cell-based assays, flow-based assays (e.g. mass cytometry) and Multiplex Imaging applications.
Use our conjugation kits for antibody conjugates that are ready-to-use in as little as 20 minutes with 1 minute hands-on-time and 100% antibody recovery: available for fluorescent dyes, HRP, biotin and gold.
This product is compatible with the Maxpar® Antibody Labeling Kit from Fluidigm, without the need for antibody preparation. Maxpar® is a trademark of Fluidigm Canada Inc.
ANP32C also known as PP32R1 is a protein with a mass of approximately 30 kDa. It belongs to the acidic nuclear phosphoprotein 32 kDa family and plays mechanical roles in several cellular processes. ANP32C localizes mainly in the nucleus and shows expression in various tissues with notable presence in the brain and peripheral blood. Its functions involve interactions with other proteins to regulate cellular processes making it a significant target for research in cellular biology.
ANP32C influences multiple cellular events including regulation of gene expression apoptosis and chromatin modification. It is part of several multiprotein complexes which contribute to its role in transcriptional regulation and cell cycle progression. The interaction of ANP32C with histone acetyltransferases plays a significant role in chromatin remodeling affecting gene expression patterns. This protein's actions are critical for maintaining normal cellular functions and responding to stress conditions.
ANP32C engages in the apoptotic and inflammatory signaling pathways. It associates with proteins such as caspases and NF-kappa B influencing cell survival and immune responses. ANP32C's participation in the apoptotic pathway reflects its role in regulating programmed cell death a fundamental process for tissue homeostasis and development. Its interaction with inflammatory mediators highlights its contribution to immune responses and potential implications in inflammatory conditions.
ANP32C has connections to cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Abnormal expression or mutation of ANP32C correlates with increased proliferation in some cancers emphasizing its role in tumorigenesis. Additionally the protein links with tau pathology implicating it in neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's disease. These associations suggest that ANP32C along with interacting proteins like tau may serve as potential therapeutic targets for disease intervention strategies.
