    Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded (A) HEK-293T (human embryonic kidney epithelial cell) transfected with a human GPCR GPRC5D expression vector containing a Myc tag. (B) HEK-293T transfected with empty vector containing a Myc tag. tissue labeling GPCR GPRC5D with ab323443 at 1/100 (5.0 ug/ml) dilution.

    Positive staining on (A) HEK-293T transfected with a human GPCR GPRC5D expression vector containing a Myc tag, no staining on (B) HEK-293T transfected with empty vector containing a Myc tag.

    The section was incubated with ab323443 for 60 mins at room temperature (shown in magenta). Nuclear DNA was labeled with DAPI (shown in blue). The section was then mounted using Fluoromount®.

    The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND RX instrument.

    Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8).

    Counterstained with DAPI.

    Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, Epitope Retrieval Solution2) for 40 mins

    Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human hair follicle tissue labeling GPCR GPRC5D with ab323443 at 1/100 (5.0 ug/ml) dilution.

    Positive staining on human hair follicle (PMID: 30918115).

    The section was incubated with ab323443 for 60 mins at room temperature (shown in magenta). Nuclear DNA was labeled with DAPI (shown in blue). The section was then mounted using Fluoromount®.

    Negative control: no staining on human cerebrum.

    The section was incubated with ab323443 for 60 mins at room temperature. Nuclear DNA was labeled with DAPI (shown in blue). The section was then mounted using Fluoromount®.

    The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND RX instrument.

    Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8).
