Mouse lymphoid cells were stimulated in the presence of a protein transport inhibitor. Cells were then fixed, permeabilized , stained with FITC-conjugated anti-CD4and intracellularly with 0.5μgab95715 (right) or 0.5μg APC-conjugated rat IgG1 isotype control (left).
