ARHGEF10 also known as Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 10 functions as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor initiating the activation of Rho GTPases by facilitating the exchange of GDP for GTP. This protein has a mass of approximately 85 kDa. It shows a broad expression pattern with significant presence in nervous tissues particularly within the peripheral nervous system. Its presence in these regions highlights its potential role in neural development and signaling.
