Immunofluorescent analysis of HeLa cells stained with ab315206, dilution 1 : 1,000 in red, and costained with chicken pAb to vimentin, CPCA-Vim, dilution 1 : 10,000 in green. Blue is DAPI staining of nuclear DNA. ab315206 antibody produces strong staining associated with chromosomes in prophase (A), the centromere in prometaphase and metaphase (B), the central mitotic spindle in anaphase (C), and midbodies between the two daughter cells during telophase and beyond (D). The vimentin antibody stains the intermediate filament network in these cells.
