Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-Biotin antibody [Hyb-8] (AB201341)

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human retina tissue labeling Biotin with ab201341 at 1/2000 dilution followed by LeicaDS9800 (Bond™ Polymer Refine Detection). The section was incubated with biotinylated Anti-CRALBP antibody [EPR23448-119] (incubate for 30 mins at room temperature) followed by ab201341 (incubate for 30 mins at room temperature). Recommend to treat the tissues with Biotin Assay Blocking Kit to remove the endogenous biotin before adding antibodies. The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument. Counterstained with hematoxylin.
