    Note: Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA/TBST for at least 1 hour. Incubation with ab173832 was for 1 hour at room temperature. Incubation with secondary antibody was for 30 miutes at room temperature.

    Lane 1: E. coli lysate containing a multi-epitope tagged protein at 0.25 µg

    Lane 2: E. coli lysate containing a multi-epitope tagged protein at 0.125 µg

    Lane 3: E. coli lysate containing a multi-epitope tagged protein at 0.06 µg

    Lane 4: E. coli lysate containing a multi-epitope tagged protein at 0.03 µg

    Lane 5: E. coli lysate containing a multi-epitope tagged protein at 0.015 µg
