Western blot - Biotin Anti-DDDDK tag (Binds to FLAG® tag sequence) antibody [FG4R] (AB173832)

Note : Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA/TBST for at least 1 hour. Incubation with ab173832 was for 1 hour at room temperature. Incubation with secondary antibody was for 30 miutes at room temperature.
