Fluorescein Antibody Biotin Conjugated was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Fluorescein coupled to sepharose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Biotinamidocaproate N-Hydroxysuccinimide Ester (BAC) Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per goat IgG molecule.
