HeLa whole cell lysate (1mg) was subjected to immunoprecipitation using ab74221 (3μg/mg lysate; lane 1) or a control IgG antibody (lane 2). 20% of the immunoprecipitates were used for Western blotting and bands were identified using ab74221 at a concentration of 1μg/ml. A band at the predicted molecular weight of 74kDa was detected using chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
