Immunohistochemistry - Anti-Calretinin antibody [6A9] (AB277631)
Perfusion-fixed, free floating sections of rat hippocampus section stained for Calretinin using ab277631 (green) at 1/2000 dilution, and counterstained with chicken pAb to parvalbumin (red) at 1/1000 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis. The blue is DAPI staining of nuclear DNA. The calretinin and parvalbumin antibodies stain different subsets of GABAergic interneurons.
