Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-Calsequestrin 1 antibody [EPR15227(B)] (AB191564)
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human skeletal muscle tissue labeling Calsequestrin 1 with ab191564 at a 1/250 dilution. Counter stained with hematoxylin. In the negative control PBS was used instead of primary antibody.
Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-Calsequestrin 1 antibody [EPR15227(B)] (AB191564)
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse Skeletal muscle tissue labelling Calsequestrin 1 with ab191564 at 1/10000 dilution, followed LeicaDS9800 (Bond™ Polymer Refine Detection).
Positive staining on mouse skeletal muscle. The section was incubated with ab191564 for 30 mins at room temperature. The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument. Counter stained with Hematoxylin.
Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, Epitope Retrieval Solution2) for 20 mins
Secondary antibody only control : Used PBS instead of primary antibody, secondary antibody is LeicaDS9800 (Bond™ Polymer Refine Detection).
