All lanes: Western blot - Anti-Carbonic Anhydrase 9/CA9 antibody [HL1410] - BSA and Azide free (ab313848) at 1/10000 dilution
Lane 1: Whole cell extract from untreated HeLa (Human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells at 30 µg
Lane 2: Whole cell extract from HeLa cells treated with 500 uM CoCl2 for 24 hours at 30 µg
All lanes: HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody
