Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.
The identity of the lower MW band at approximately 28 kDa is unknown.
It was reported that the full-length form only exists in a sub-set of people with African descent and is rare elsewhere (PMID : 16532395, PMID : 15129283, PMID : 16917906).
