Indirect ELISA analysis of ab322657 at 1000-0 ng/ml. The Secondary antibody used was Alkaline Phosphatase-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:2500 dilution dilution.
Antigen: Human Cathepsin E, Human Cathepsin D, Human BACE-2.
Antigen concentration: 1000 ng/ml
This antibody does not cross-react with Human Cathepsin D or BACE-2.

Dimerization of two identical 42 kDa subunits of Cathepsin E results in the formation of the approximately 84 kDa mature enzyme(PMID: 7789521).
In Western Blot, we detect bands at ~39 KDa and ~42 KDa. Human CTSE gene has several splicing variants. Based on the immunogen sequence, this antibody is expected to detect isoforms P14091-1 and P14091-2 (PMID: 12531480).
Mouse CTSE gene has 1 potential isoform.
In Western blot, Anti-GAPDH antibody [EPR16891] - Loading Control (Anti-GAPDH antibody [EPR16891] - Loading Control ab181602) staining at 1/200000 dilution.
