CCK4 was immunoprecipitated from 0.35 mg A431 (human epidermoid carcinoma epithelial cell) whole cell lysate with ab323570 at 1/30 dilution (2ug in 0.35mg lysates). Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab323570 at 1/1000 dilution.

Alexa Fluor® 594 Anti-alpha Tubulin antibody [DM1A] - Microtubule Marker ab195889 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 594) was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/200 2.5ug/ml dilution (Magenta). The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).

CCK4 is a glycoprotein of approximately 110 and 160 kDa and detected as 110kDa and 80 kDa band after treated with Deglycosylation Peptide:N-glycosidase F (PNGase F).

This antibody can recognize both the full-length PTK7 and the N-terminal PTK7. The 160 kDa form may represent the full-length protein with glycosylation modifications, while the 110 kDa form likely corresponds to the N-terminal PTK7 glycosylation modification.
