Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-CD1d antibody [EPR28086-741] (AB325682)
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Mouse cerebrum tissue labeling CD1d with ab325682 at 1/1000 (0.506 μg/ml) dilution, followed by a ready to use LeicaDS9800 (Bond™ Polymer Refine Detection).
Low expression tissue : No staining on mouse cerebrum (PMID : 23891738).
The primary antibody was incubated for 30 mins at room temperature.
The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument
Counterstained with Hematoxylin.
Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, Epitope Retrieval Solution2) for 20 mins

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded (A) WEHI-3 (mouse leukemia lymphoblast) cell pellet and (B) J774A.1 (mouse reticulum cell sarcoma monocyte/macrophage) cell pellet labeling CD1d with ab325682 at 1/500 (1.012 μg/ml) dilution, followed by a ready to use LeicaDS9800 (Bond™ Polymer Refine Detection).
Positive staining on (A) WEHI-3 cell pellet, weak staining on (B) J774A.1 cell pellet.
The primary antibody was incubated for 30 mins at room temperature.
The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument
Counterstained with Hematoxylin.
Secondary antibody only control : Secondary antibody is a ready to use LeicaDS9800 (Bond™ Polymer Refine Detection).
Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, Epitope Retrieval Solution2) for 20 mins
