Flow Cytometry - Anti-CD3 epsilon antibody [EPR5361(2)] (AB133628)
Flow cytometric analysis of Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) labelling CD3 with ab133628 at 1/100 dilution (red) compared with a Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) (left) and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody). Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488, ab150077), at 1/2000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.

Flow Cytometry - Anti-CD3 epsilon antibody [EPR5361(2)] (AB133628)
Flow cytometry overlay histogram of Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia T lymphocyte) cells labelling CD3 epsilon with ab133628 at 1/100 dilution (red) compared with a Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) (Black) and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody) (Blue). Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077), at 1/2000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-CD3 epsilon antibody [EPR5361(2)] (AB133628)
Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed Jurkat (human T cell leukemia T lymphocyte) cells labelling CD3 epsilon with ab133628 at 1/100 dilution, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) preadsorbed (ab150081) secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution (green). Confocal image showing cytoplasmic staining on Jurkat cells. Counterstained with Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 594) (ab195889) at 1 : 200 dilution.
The negative controls was Raji cell line.

Immunoprecipitation - Anti-CD3 epsilon antibody [EPR5361(2)] (AB133628)
Purified ab133628 at 1/50 dilution (2μg) immunoprecipitating CD3 epsilon in Hut-78 whole cell lysate.
Lane 1 (input) : Hut-78 (Human Sezary syndrome cutaneous T lymphocyte) whole cell lysate 10μg
Lane 2 (+) : ab133628 + Hut-78 whole cell lysate.
Lane 3 (-) : Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) instead of ab133628 in Hut-78 whole cell lysate.
VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP) (ab131366) (1/1000 dilution) was used for Western blotting.
Blocking Buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.
Diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.
