Flow cytometric analysis of Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia T lymphocyte) (Left) / HDLM-2 (Human Hodgkin lymphoma) (Right) cells labelling CD30 with ab279346 at 1/1000 dilution (0.1μg) (Red) compared with a Human IgG (Black) isotype control and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody) (Blue). Goat anti-Human IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488) at 1/2000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Gated on viable cells.
Negative control: Jurkat.
Immunocytochemical analysis of 100% methanol-fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized KARPAS-299 cells labelling CD30 with ab279346 at 1/50 (22.74 μg/ml) dilution, followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) ab150113 Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) antibody at 1/1000 dilution (Green). Confocal image showing membranous staining in KARPAS-299 cell line. Anti-beta Tubulin antibody [EPR16774] ab179513 Anti-beta Tubulin rabbit monoclonal antibody was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/200 dilution (Red). The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).
Negative control: Jurkat (PMID: 15920551).
Secondary antibody only control: Secondary antibody is Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) ab150113 Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) at 1/1000 dilution.
Flow cytometric analysis of KARPAS-299 (Human anaplastic large cell lymphoma) cells labelling CD30 with ab279346 at 1/1000 dilution (0.1μg) (Red) compared with a Human IgG (Black) isotype control and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody) (Blue).
