Multiplex immunohistochemistry - Anti-CD94 antibody[EPR26343-41] (AB322460)
Multiplex immunohistochemistry analysis of formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded mouse spleen tissue staining CD94 with ab322460 at a 1 : 100 (5.07 ug/ml) dilution, ab233558 anti-NCR1 used at 1 : 500 (1.114 ug/ml) dilution.
Panel A : merged staining of anti-CD94 (green; Opal™520), anti-NCR1 (magenta; Opal™570) on mouse spleen.
Panel B : anti-CD94 staining natural killer (NK) cells in mouse spleen.
Panel C : anti-NCR11 staining natural killer (NK) cells in mouse spleen.
Panel D : Nuclear DNA was labeled with DAPI (shown in blue).
The section was incubated in three rounds of staining : in the order of ab322460 and ab233558 for 30 mins at room temperature. Each round was followed by a separate fluorescent tyramide signal amplification system.
The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument with an Opal™ 4-color kit. Image acquisition was performed with Leica SP8 confocal microscope.
Nuclear counter stain with DAPI.
