    CDON / Cdo is a glycoprotein of approximately 70-170 kDa and detected as a 40-140 kDa band after treated with Peptide: N-glycosidase F (PNGase F).

    The expression profile/ molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID: 33028094, PMID: 21802063).

    In Western blot, Anti-GAPDH antibody [EPR16891] - Loading Control (Anti-GAPDH antibody [EPR16891] - Loading Control ab181602) staining at 1/200000 dilution.

    Low expression: LNCaP (PMID: 21849809).

    The expression profile/ molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID: 33028094, PMID: 21802063).

    The lanes 3-4 were developed using a high-sensitivity ECL substrate, allowing for the detection of proteins in the mid-femtogram range.

    The identity of the lower MW band at approximately 20 kDa is unknown.
