This data was developed using ab322463, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.

Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.

Low expression : LNCaP (PMID : 21849809).

The expression profile/ molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID : 33028094, PMID : 21802063).

The lanes 3-4 were developed using a high-sensitivity ECL substrate, allowing for the detection of proteins in the mid-femtogram range.

The identity of the lower MW band at approximately 20 kDa is unknown.
