This data was developed using ab314668, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation. Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST Deglycosylation induced a shift in the observed molecular weight from 150 kDa and 135 kDa to 135 kDa and 115 kDa.
