Paraformaldehyde fixed A431 (Human epidermoid carcinoma cell line) cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton, stained for CLEC2D (green) using ab239222 at 10 μg/ml in ICC/IF. Primary incubation for 1 hour followed by Alexa Fluor®488 secondary antibody (2 μg/ml). The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue).
Negative control : Non-immunized goat IgG (10 μg/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor®488 secondary antibody (2 μg/ml).
