Flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes cells labelling CLEC9A with Anti-CLEC9A antibody [EPR24271-2] ab270991 at 1/500 dilution (0.1 μg)/ Right compared with a Rabbit monoclonal IgG (Rabbit IgG, monoclonal [EPR25A] - Isotype Control ab172730) / Left isotype control. Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488, Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) ab150077) at 1/2000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
Cells were stained with rabbit IgG or Anti-CLEC9A antibody [EPR24271-2] ab270991, then stained with anti-CD11c conjugated to PE-Cy5.5.
Gated on viable cells.
