Supplier Data

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-CLIP2 antibody (AB236993)

A549 (human lung carcinoma cell line) cells stained for CLIP2 using ab236993 (green) at 1/166 dilution in ICC/IF, followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L). Counterstained with DAPI (blue).

The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal goat serum. The cells were then incubate with primary antibody at 4°C overnight.
