    Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with COL1A2 antibody [HL2049] (ab308221) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
