- IHC-P
Supplier Data
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-CTCFL Antibody (AB327168)
Immunohistochemical staining of human testis using ab327168 at 1 : 200–1 : 500 dilution, showing moderate nuclear positivity in cells in seminiferous ducts.

Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-CTCFL Antibody (AB327168)
Immunohistochemistry analysis in human testis and skeletal muscle tissues using ab327168 at 1 : 200–1 : 500 dilution. Corresponding CTCFL RNA-seq data are presented for the same tissues.
- ChIP
Supplier Data
ChIP - Anti-CTCFL Antibody (AB327168)
ChIP-Exo-Seq composite graph for ab327168 tested in K562 cells at 1–10 µg per reaction. Strand-specific reads (blue : forward, red : reverse) and IgG controls (black : forward, grey : reverse) are plotted against the distance from a composite set of reference binding sites. The antibody exhibits robust target enrichment compared to a non-specific IgG control and precisely reveals its structural organization around the binding site. Data generated by Prof. B. F. Pugh´s Lab at Cornell University.
