The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in antibody diluent CP2 (ab319981). Interpolated concentrations of CTGF in mock unstimulated NIH/3T3 cell extract (starved for 18 hours) were below the detectable range of the assay. Data represented here are indicative of assay working using example of biological sample. However, we do not guarantee same sensitivity level due to biological variation.

Major connective tissue mitoattractant secreted by vascular endothelial cells. Promotes proliferation and differentiation of chondrocytes (By similarity). Is involved in the stimulation of osteoblast differentiation and has a critical role in osteogenesis (PubMed : 39414788).
