Western blot - Anti-Cyclin D1 (phospho T286) + Cyclin D2 (phospho T280) antibody [EPR22328-235] (AB230818)
Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST
This antibody reacts with unidentifiable proteins on the top of the membrane. Phosphorylation of cyclin D1 at T286 leads to its degradation (PMID : 22069692).
Exposure time : 3 minutes
All lanes:
Western blot - Anti-Cyclin D1 (phospho T286) + Cyclin D2 (phospho T280) antibody [EPR22328-235] (ab230818) at 1/1000 dilution
Lane 1:
Untreated NIH/3T3 (mouse embryonic fibroblast), whole cell lysate at 20 µg
Lane 2:
NIH/3T3 treated with 50 uM MG-132 for 90 minutes, whole cell lysate at 20 µg
