Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of A431 (human epidermoid carcinoma epithelial cell) cells labeling Cytokeratin 5 with purified ab183336 at 1/50 (4.7 μg/ml). Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
