Immunohistochemical analysis of 4% PFA-fixed, 0.2% Triton X-100 permeabilized frozen rat small intestine tissue labeling Cytokeratin with Anti-Cytokeratin 8 antibody [SP102] - C-terminal ab227644 at 1/20 (6.85 μg/ml) dilution followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) ab150077 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) at 1/1000 dilution (2 μg/ml) (Green). The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument. The section was incubated with Anti-Cytokeratin 8 antibody [SP102] - C-terminal ab227644 for 60 mins at room temperature. Confocal image showing positive staining on rat small intestine tissue. The nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue). Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8).

Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
