Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human cardiac muscle tissue labeling DAAM1 with ab307160 at 1/2000 dilution (0.263 ug/ml) followed by ready to use LeicaDS9800 (Bond® Polymer Refine Detection). Cytoplasmic staining on human cardiac muscle. The section was incubated with ab307160 for 30 mins at room temperature. The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument.
