    DCUN1D2 was immunoprecipitated from 0.5 mg of HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) (Lane A), A549 (Human lung carcinoma cell line) (Lane B) and HuT 78 (human cutaneous T lymphocyte Sezary Syndrome cell line) whole cell lysates with 2 μL ab276073 and 15 μl of 50 % Protein G agarose. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitates using ab276073 at 1/100 dilution. Rabbit IgG (H+L) Dylight 800-labeled antibody, was used as secondary antibody at 1/5000 dilution.

    Developed using the odssey technique.
    Performed under reducing conditions.
