Flow cytometric analysis of 90% methanol-fixed SH-SY5Y (human neuroblastoma cell line from bone marrow) cells (+/- 250 μM hydrogen peroxide treatment for 24 hours) labeling Dityrosine with ab243067 at 1/50 dilution for 30 minutes on ice compared with a Isotype control IgG and an unlabeled control. A Goat Anti-Mouse : PE at 1/100 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
