Flow Cytometry - DyLight® 650 Anti-HA tag antibody [16B12] (AB117515)

ab117515 staining 293T cells expressing a HA-tagged protein (intracellular) by Flow Cytometry. Cells were permeabilized and fixed. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody (1/200) for 30 minutes at 4°C.

Gating Strategy : Gated on FSC-SSC to exclude debris/dead cells.

Grey - unstained cells.

Red - Wild type 293T, stained.

Blue - 293T expressing HA-tagged protein, stained.
