Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde (PFA) - fixed, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton-X-100 in CHO cells transfected with 12-tags constructs (named as CHO-12 tags) labelling E Tag with ab307277 at 1/1000 dilution (1ug/ml), followed by a Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H&L) Alexa Fluor 594 antibody at 1/500 dilution (4ug/ml) (Red). Nucleus was counterstained with DAPI (Blue).
