    Immunocytochemistry - Anti-E tag antibody (ab3397)

ab3397 staining E tag in cultured human HUVEC cells by Immunocytochemistry. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton x100 and blocking with 1% BSA was done for 45 minutes at 250C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100: in 1% BSA/PBS) for 16 hours at 4°C. An FITC-conjugated donkey polyclonal to rabbit IgG was used at dilution at 1/200 as secondary antibody.

    Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-E tag antibody (ab3397)

Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde (PFA)- fixed, permeabilized with 0.1%Triton X-100 in CHO cells transfected with 12-tags constructs (CHO-12 tags) labelling E tag with ab3397 at 1/1000 dilution, followed by Donkey Anti-rabbit IgG (H&L), FITC conjugated antibody at 1/1000 dilution (Green) or Donkey Anti-rabbit IgG (H&L), Alexa Fluor594 antibody at 1/500 dilution (Red).

Nucleus was counterstained with DAPI (Blue).

Images also show parallel staining in parental CHO cell line.
