FBXL21 also known as FBL3 is a protein that functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase which means it is involved in tagging proteins for degradation by the proteasome. FBXL21 belongs to the F-box protein family and contains an F-box domain that allows it to form part of a larger SCF (SKP1-Cullin-F-box) complex. This protein has a molecular mass of approximately 60 kDa.
