Interpolated concentration of native Ferritin Light Chain was measured at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows: Hela cell extract (10 ug/mL) and HepG2 cell extract (100 ug/mL). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1% bovine serum albumin (BSA). Data represented here are indicative of assay working using example of biological sample. However, we do not guarantee same sensitivity level due to biological variation.
