Western blot analysis of recombinant fibrinogen protein using ab308109 at a dilution of 1 µg/mL. Detection was performed using an HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit secondary antibody followed by chemiluminescence (ECL). Results show a band at ~340kDa

Western blot - Anti-Fibrinogen Antibody [RP23040077] (AB308109)

Western blot was performed using ab308109 and bands around 70 and 51 kDa corresponding to Fibrinogen alpha and gamma chain were observed in human plasma. 10 µl of human plasma was electrophoresed using a 4-12% Bis-Tris gel, electrophoresis system and pre-stained protein standard. Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane. The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1 : 1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Recombinant Secondary Antibody conjugated to HRP (0.25 µg/mL, 1 : 4000 dilution). Chemiluminescent detection was performed (ECL).
